Going through multiple major life events, house hunting was not anything I looked forward to, but Ken made the task pleasant and even enjoyable. He did it by sharing his passion and love for his job and reminding me how fun it actually is. He particularly focused on educating important details about home buying process unique to Madison, gave me timely referrals for home inspectors, loan officers, and movers. Knowing that I wasn't happy with the condition of the house I made an offer for, he did a great job negotiating with the seller. Our moving process was easier with a storage space he arranged with no fee.
We worked together for exactly two months, from the initial meeting on April 15 until the closing on June 15th. Throughout this period, he remained professional, resourceful, yet very approachable.
